Review Agreements

At Bardy Law, we receive calls from clients asking us to review contracts that they either have been asked to sign or are asking someone else to sign.

Most clients want a contract to be a “one pager”.

At Bardy Law, our experience is that the shorter the contract, the more room there is for interpretation on key elements of the contract. Contracts are never needed if everything works out fine between two parties. Contracts instead are designed to define obligations owed in the event something goes wrong.
Even though we pride ourselves on brief contracts (at least for a lawyer) contracts need to cover as many bases as possible.

For your contracting needs, please contact us and we will try to help get your deal done while making sure your contract covers the bases it needs to cover.
